Ornament/Styling Workshop for women.  The secrets of looking beautiful.

Location: Electric Lodge 

You will learn different ornaments and style on tango from 2-3:15 pm. During the last 45 m. men will come and you will apply what you learned to the real dance with men.

Makela has been dancing all her life,
she has a degree on ballet from the National School of Ballet of Buenos Aires, and she has been social dancing/teaching and performing Tango for more than 12 years.
Makela goes periodically to Buenos Aires (two-three times a year) to keep up to date with the most respected and renown tango dancers in the world. She is both always open to the evolution and new waves of tango, AND she is very rooted into the traditional style.

$30 paid by January 31st. $35 at the door. Limited number of participants.

Sergio Cortazzo from Tango x 2, Tangokinesis, Tango Metropolis, is an exquisite combination of authentic milonguero style and contemporary tango with a very unique signature (his teachers include Antonio Todaro, Rodolfo Dinzel, Juan Carlos Copes, Gustavo Naveira, Esther and Mingo Pugliese, Pepito Avellaneda, Gloria and Eduardo).

Sergio has been performing during the last 20 years around the world and at very prestigious Tango Houses in Buenos Aires such as Señor Tango, Esquina Homero Manzi, Taconeando, El Viejo Almacen, Casa Blanca and others. He was also the artistic director at the very traditional Esquina Homero Manzi.

He also participated as a teacher in International Tango Festivals such as the Miami Tango Festival (USA), World Tango Festival (Buenos Aires), Monza Tango Festival (Italy), Estambul Tango Festival (Turkey), Wellington (New Zealand), Tarbes (France), Belgrado (Serbia).

Currently he is one of the judges of the World Tango Contest in Buenos Aires.
